The following applies for QSOs or SWL reports.

ELECTRONIC

LOTW - The Aves island DXpedition will upload the logs onto the LOTW area.

EQSL - The Aves island DXpedition will NOT upload the logs in EQSL, but will confirm the QSOs found in the InBox when the data match ok.

BURO

All QSLs via BURO will be honored.

Send your QSL card and add a self addressed envelopment.
Return postage is 1 US$, 1 IRC or a SASE in USA.
If you send some more as a contribution it will be very welcome, that will help with the Buro and other expenses of the DXpedition. If you want to make any contribution outside the previous statement, please email the manager with details.

ABOUT QSLing

Ensure that the info in your QSL for the QSOs is complete, correct and clear.
In any doubt about a QSO write a note and send it with the QSL card.

Please note that:

KB6NAN is NOT a Pilot Station.
Do Not e-mail during operation unless emergency.
Do Not send long e-mail's Keep it short and to the make sure you have subject filled in as Dianna will not open unidentified mail, NO Attachments.
ALL cards with proper return postage and self addressed envelope will be answered direct, otherwise will be answered via Bureau.
Wait until DXpedition is over and send cards for all of your QSOs in one envelope.
